For those who can't make it, why not have some live streaming webcams set up at strategic places? I think that's a great idea.

NO on the live web cams.... you know what happens at the rally stays at the rally.... I am opposed to the cam idea... if you cant be there too bad for you. |

No to the live cams (big brother would love to watch). I'm not paranoid, but we don't need the public using this to try and shut ROT now.

Blowout has it right. What happens at rally, stays at rally!! Webcams would not do a very good job of keeping things AT rally, would they?

We say No. The BAR camp doesn't allow videos at our campsite. Chris never allows videos of the girls on his stage. We watch out for that, we have video patrol!

Maybe web cams downtown would be ok, but definitely not at the rally grounds. What happens at ROT stays at ROT.
Besides, I've seen and done things at ROT that I wouldn't want people in my everyday world to see or know about. I'm sure there are lots of other people who attend that feel the same way.

Yeah but most the time there is cool stuff going on I have ton's of video's takin at ROT.
Just my stuff I am the only one that care's any thing about them.And get enough and could make a cool movie. And all the one's I have seen about Sturgis have just been videos strung together.
My time on earth.And yeah your right about what happens at ROT staying at ROT.
But I will still bring the camera and take lots of pictures and videos. The videos are best.
In fact in 08 I found taking videos worked better than pictures I guess the lighting.inside was off for pictures, although I had a few turn out nice.

No webacms! Like everyone else "What happens at ROT, stays at ROT".
A webcam on 6th Street would be cool, but not at the rally site.
